Shipping: Professional UPS
ground shipping insured, delivers approximately 5 days to the West Coast,
approximately 2 days to the East Coast- After cleared payment. You will
be asked to sign for the package. Your options are to have the package
delivered to an alternative day address such as your place of work, or
arrange to pick up the package at your local UPS location. Tracking numbers
are provided. If your shopping cart shipping rate differs from the UPS
shipping rate- look for the refund in your paypal account. n Returns: Though it is a rarity, sometimes shipments are damaged. The damaged merchandise will be returned at no cost to you. At that time we can offer you a refund, or resend the new item(s) to you. Backorder: If an item you want
is not currently in stock, you will be contacted with two options. |
